Moth Observations Database

All the Illustrious Moths

Our observation of moths began in the summer of 2019. The 1st Annual Moth Night was conducted in June of that year and the tradition has continued into the present. In 2022 we started the NC Under-reported County Mothing Project. In 2023 we partnered with other moth enthusiasts from the NC Entomological Society in our neighborhood and started the Hillsborough Moth Crawl.
